Issues
Please present your library card when borrowing items. We will give you a slip each time you take items out showing what you have borrowed and the date that each item must be returned.
Returns
Items are due before the library closes on the date shown on the slip. Items remain your responsibility until they have been processed through the computer system. There is an after hours slot available beside the front door. Use of this slot is at your risk. Anything you return when the library is closed at the end of the day is considered to have been returned the next business day.
Renewals
Items that are not reserved by another borrower may be renewed up to two times. Items may be renewed:
- in person
- by telephone – please have your borrower number ready
- online, using your library card number and password

We can send you email reminders three days before your items are due. Sign in to my account and update your personal details. If you have any difficulties please contact us on 06 3706253.
Lost and damaged items
If you lose an item or if it’s damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the original cost of the item as well as any overdue charges for the item. Please do not mend any damaged items – we have special materials to do this.
